ACADEMY

Fall session Academy, our most advanced team, stands at the pinnacle of achievement within Empower Dance Studio, representing the studio's national presence through its pre-professional dance track. Academy members participate in prestigious summer intensives at renowned institutions like Debbie Allen Dance Academy, Dance Theatre of Harlem, Alvin Ailey Dance Theater, and more. This pre-professional training program for young dancers requires an unwavering level of commitment and an already strong foundation in technical training.

Academy's primary focus is ballet technique, including the path to pointe work. In addition to rigorous training, Empower Academy members have the exclusive opportunity to audition for prestigious outside programs to showcase their talents on a national stage. Admission into Empower’s Academy is audition based to ensure only the most dedicated and talented dancers are considered for this prestigious program.is a great way for you child to experience the art of dance for a shorter period of time. We will offer a brief in house show off at the end of the six weeks.
