Empower provides an unique opportunity for former and active dancers alike to leap back into the fundamentals of dance. Whether you’ve been dancing consecutively for years, or coming back from a break, Empower’s adult classes provide a safe and fun way to be reintroduced to movement with classes in Jazz, Ballet, Empower Technique, and Modern. Open to ALL levels.
GIRL BOSS
YOU are definitely a BOSS! Our signature GirlBoss class is a safe space to channel your inner vixen. With influences from street-jazz, twerk, hip-hop, voguing, hairography, and stage performance, these classes are geared toward finding, perfecting, and EMPOWERING your ultimate sexy! Each class incorporates power poses to access your inner goddess. Open to Men and Women. Heels are optional

ADULT WORKSHOPS
Never danced before and looking for a fun way to stay in shape? Empower offers monthly workshops to promote fitness and connection. Adults can participate in a variety of workshops, including Yoga, Pilates, Hip-Hop, Bolly-fusion, Line Dancing and so much more. These classes are a perfect way to stay healthy and to meet new people. Open to all levels.
RHYTHM & GROOVE
Get your groove on! This class series focuses on rhythmic and cultural dance styles. Practiced to a LOUD, bass-bumpin’ playlist or LIVE drumming, you will be motivated and inspired to find the rhythm and groove. Our up-tempo classes offer a great workout with many fun transitions. Expect to sweat, be challenged, and as always, have fun!
Classes include; African, Salsa, Hip Hop, Bollyfusion, Afrobeat, Line Dancing
