Service Description

The Professional Adult Jazz class at Empower Dance Studio combines techniques of classical ballet and modern dance with current forms of popular dance. Classes will include a warm-up, isolations, stretches, across-the-floor progressions, and choreography combinations. These classes are for dancers who like precision, rhythm, physical challenges, and personal style and expression. Exercises focus on increasing flexibility and strength, rhythms and isolation of body parts, and expressing personal style. This class is intended for advanced-level dancers with at least 2 years of dance experience/training as we will focus on dance training, combining technique dance academics, choreography studies, movement retention, and performance. Level: Intermediate/Advanced
