Empower Night Out

The Nutcracker is the perfect ballet for the young and young at heart. With illusions created by magician Rick Thomas, made possible by WRAL-TV, the Carolina Ballet's is one of the only Nutcracker productions with magic performed live on stage. Whether you are seeing it live for the first time or the 20th, Carolina Ballet’s production of The Nutcracker is a must-see tradition that reminds all of us that the holidays are a time when families can gather, and dreams really can come true.

We are excited to have Empower Dancers perform in the 2021 Season of Carolina Ballet’s The Nutcracker!  We are hosting a Family Night out to see the show and support our dancers on Sunday December 19th @ 5:00 PM. The performance will take place at Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts in Raleigh, NC. In support of our dancers we ask that you wear something that represents Empower (something pink!). We will have gear available for purchase in our store or you can put together your own look!

We have a section reserved for Empower Dance Studio Families (Section B & D). Our group tickets will be on sale through our iClass pro system at a discounted rate of $26. The deadline to purchase tickets through our system is Thursday October 28th.  Your tickets will be available at will call.

If you need a bit more time to purchase tickets, you can call the box office 919-717-0900 and use the code EMPOWERED. If you would like to go a different day Tuesday December 21st is an option to use the code, but you must call the box office to do so.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

• *Face masks, proof of full Covid-19 vaccination, or negative Covid-19 PCR test completed within 72 hours prior to the event required.
• No bags larger than 12" x 12" x 10" will be allowed, this includes backpacks, camera bags, and large purses. *For family shows diaper bags are allowed for guests with infants and toddlers (child must be present).
