SPRING SESSION CLASSES
EXPERIENCE: none | CLASS TIME: 60 minutes | ATTIRE: Workout gear and sneakers
This class starts with a warm-up that will get you sweating, then dive into a blend of delicious full body stretching, core conditioning, and fun and funky dance choreography to energetic music. Get your body moving in new and challenging ways. Let loose, have fun, and gain a whole new level of fitness.
Mondays 7:15 – 8:15 pm (February 3 - April 10)

EXPERIENCE: none | CLASS TIME: 90 minutes | ATTIRE: Workout gear and sneakers, bring a mat for floor work and stretching
Join the full-body workout party with Danielle! Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class. The class begins with a cardio-dance workout to get your heart rate going. Then, combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training, we tone at the barre from the ground up. The toning focuses on high reps of small movements to work on muscular endurance along with building strength. The class ends with some floor work including abs, arms and deep stretching and a great feeling of satisfaction for a workout well-done.

DANCE 101: Modern/Contemporary
EXPERIENCE: All Levels Welcome | Ages: 21+ | Class Time: 90 minutes | Attire: loose fitting clothing or leggings
This class is designed to help dancers gain confidence in dance through a moderate pace class that focuses on technique and basic lyrical style choreography. Strong focus on modern techniques such as contraction and release, off-center balances and suspension as well as musicality and self-expression. This is a great class for first time dancers!
Wednesdays 7:15 – 8:45 pm (March 11- April 8)

EXPERIENCE: All Levels Welcome | Ages: 21+ | Class Time: 90 minutes | Attire: Heels* not required but encouraged
This high-energy class is designed to sharpen performance technique, movement quality, lines and shapes, core strength, musicality and proper alignment, all while wearing a pump! With influences from street-jazz, hip-hop, vouging, hairography, and stage performance, this class is geared toward finding and perfecting your ultimate sexy! Classes will incorporate a small warm-up done without heels to focus on core strengthening, across the floor to hone your catwalk and sexy movement, and will also end with a combination.
